General Terms & Conditions:

• Material does not contain any type of Arms, Ammunition, Mines, Shells, Cartridges & any other explosives or Radio Active contaminated material in any form either used or otherwise.
• Tolerance of +/- 10% in quantity and therefore total amount.
• Tolerance of +/- 0.5% in Weight Difference.
• There is no guarantee of yield and the material is sold only on basis of analysis as mutually agreed.
• Goods once sold shall be shipped as per the contractual terms. The buyer makes an irrevocable commitment to purchase the above goods on terms and conditions set forth.
• Partial shipments to be allowed unless specified.
• Any and all claims against goods should be reported with 10 days of receiving the containers.
• In the event of strike, labour disputes, accidents, lack or shortage of transportation facilities, natural disasters, fire, explosions, war, warlike acts, government acts or omissions or any other contingency beyond the control of the seller from delivering the goods to the buyer, the seller should be excused from performing this contract under this force majeure clause. In case of the buyer, the supplier should be informed for any such matter before the containers are ready to be shipped.
• The buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, cost and procedure compliance at the port of destination.
• All disputes, controversies or differences between the parties in or out of this contract or for breach, shall be settled as per UAE laws.
